Crew Staff
This is an hourly, entry-level position with great opportunity for advancement. We are looking for individual who are friendly, guest-oriented, efficient and dedicated to serving our guest with great love and care. Crew staffs are the first contact with our customers – so we value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist our customers with the ordering process. A crewmember must have basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills. Applicants must be 16 years old or older.

Team Supervisor
Team manager are hourly paid crew employee who work to support the management teams at our restaurants. Team manager must demonstrate leadership abilities and have a proven track record of those ability through employment with other companies. This position is the basis for opportunity to develop your skills for advancement within the company. Team supervisor must be 18 year of age.

Manager
Our Manager is the backbone of our business! The Managers handle all aspect of running the restaurant, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. The role of the manager is to directly support the restaurant general manager. This individual must be self-directed, self-motivated, and have the ability to be accountable and responsible for the restaurant operations and marketing. Responsibilities include accountability for food cost, food quality, recruitment, training, safety, inventory, scheduling and neighborhood marketing. The manager position includes a higher degree of responsibility and may serve as a resource pool for General Manager Opening.

Wok Chef
Oversee all aspect of the kitchen operation including personnel, service standards, food preparation and cleanliness. Work with the manager to control cost and improve unit profitability. Knowledge of basic preparation and cooking procedure and have the ability to follow standardize recipe.

Grill Cook
Prepare and cook all dishes according to the company’s recipes and procedures. Perform opening and closing routines for the kitchen. Must have the attention to details in food preparation and cooking.
